Girls Spring Clinic (Grades 4-7)
This program was created to give young female athlete’s an opportunity to learn the sport of volleyball. The program will follow a general clinic format, teaching and refining various volleyball skills each week. Sessions generally will start with a dynamic warm up, then focus on specific volleyball skills through drills. Sessions wrap up with game-like drills, continuing to focus on the skills/techniques worked on earlier in practice.

No Session 5/2 or 5/9.

*No other Memberships required (no USAV, AAU, VolleyAmerica, etc)
We have slightly modified to specify these sessions are for 4th-7th graders. Athletes in this clinic will be split by age and experience.
