These Winter Clinic Programs are geared towards beginner girls in grades 2nd-7th, who are interested in learning the sport of volleyball.

*Experienced 7th graders have an opportunity to join our Club Alternative Program in Ocean County (See Club Alt tab).

Should my daughter do this or the Winter Club Alternative Program?
If you have some experience, and are not sure, send us an email at ShoreVolleyballAcademy@gmail.com and we can help place you.

I can only attend some of the nights, can I still participate?
Yes, however, we will not pro-rate any registrations as we expect the program to fill .

Are you planning any other programs?
Potentially, we will run another clinic for athletes in this age group in the Spring, but this program would not be announced until December/January.
What is the winter clinic program?
This program was created to give young female athlete's an opportunity to learn the sport of volleyball. The program will follow a general clinic format, teaching and refining various volleyball skills each week. Sessions generally will start with a dynamic warm up, then focus on specific volleyball skills through drills. Sessions wrap up with game-like drills, continuing to focus on the skills/techniques worked on earlier in practice.

Athletes are to be split up based on experience and age. The Coaches teaching this program are the same experienced coaches who instruct the experienced club alternative athletes immediately following.
​This program best serves those girls who are beginners, some camp/clinic experience, or have not played on an official team.
The winter is one of our longest singular sessions. Please be aware of the scheduled make-up sessions at the end, to be used if there is a session canceled due to weather.

All programs are first come-first served, so your space is only reserved when the registration form and payment are completed.

If the stock of the online payment store says zero, then we have reached our capacity and the system will direct you to the wait-list. The wait-list will only take contact information and would not accept a payment. If a space opens up, we would reach out to those on the wait-list to offer the opportunity to fully register.
